Currently we are processing around 400 M.T. of PP/PE /LDPE polymers every month.
In order to manufacture quality material, we had installed the "STATE OF THE ART PLANT" and they are as under: -

One Nos. of Lohia Extruder with T-Die having extrusion capacity of 280 MT per month and other KT-90 with T-Die having extrusion capacity of 120 MT per month.
60 no, s high speed Lohia Circular Looms LSL 6E
Lamination Plant specially designed by the leading lamination plant manufacturer which has coating capacity of PP/LDPE film 3 M.T. per day.
2 no,s of Online Roll to Roll printing facility with corona treatment prior to printing. This has the facility to print in four colors with a capacity output of approximately two lacs bags per day
02 No. of BCS from Lohia (Bottom stitching machine ).
3 No's Flexographic Printing machine up to two colour with a printing capacity of 60000 bags per day.
3 No's of bale press capable of doing compressed packing of 1000 Nos. in each bale.
